Five Alive DVD One of the best loved Island bands from the sixties is The Five Alive who's regular was at La Babalu Club at Ryde. A DVD has just been released of The Five Alive Reunion gig at Lower Hyde, Shanklin held last year. The DVD costs £12.00 and can be ordered by phoning Bernie on 01983-527720. All proceeds from the sale of the DVD will go to the Breast Cancer Unit at St Marys Hospital, Portsmouth. Hurry, because this offer ends on September 27th. I wonder if it will turn out to have been the bands last gig ?
