Festival Headliners Announced Two headline acts have been announced for the 2010 Isle of Wight Festival. They are hip-hop star Jay-Z and American band The Strokes.
Jay-Z will headline the Friday night which in recent years has always finished with a leading dance act. The Strokes will top the bill on the Saturday night with Blondie also appearing.
Some acts have also been announced to headline in the Big Top - Squeeze on Thursday and Orbirtal on Saturday.
Pink - described by Festival boss John Giddings as one of the best live acts that he has seen - will be a special guest on the main satge on Sunday.
Tickets for the event are priced at £150 for adult camping and £130 for non-camping. They are available from the Ticket Zone, Red Funnel and Wightlink websites.
